I just can’t wait for holidays to come around so I can do new and cute styles to my daughters hair. Any holiday from Christmas to Halloween and all the others in between, my daughter is always rocking a cute little do. Please take a look and comment if you like. Also I am always open to teaching people how to do these hairstyles via step by step pictures.
This is a fun and cute little hairstyle that we did last Halloween. It is very simple to so. All you do is part the hair down the middle ( I love the zig zag part), secure it at each point and then stick one of those cheap plastic rings around the point when you secured the hair. By the end of the school day my daughter was taking the rings out of her hair and sharing them with her friends.
Everyone really loved this hairstyle on my daughter. Lots of people thought it looked like a Christmas present. This style took me about an hour to do. Weaving the ribbon through was the hardest part. To weave the ribbon I used a large plastic needle that is used for crafts. Sorry I cant think of what its called but I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. I sectioned the hair in several places and did some twists leading back to a ponytail. The ribbon was weaved through the twists. I added some clips in the front and that’s it.
This is the style we did for valentines day. It is basically the same as her Christmas do except for I switched up the ribbon colors and left the ponytail hanging instead of putting it in a messy bun.
